• Design Approval: We’ll send a preview for your confirmation. You’ll have up to 1 revision included (additional revisions may incur a fee). Please note that production will not start until we receive your approval. Production Time: Custom items may take 1–2 additional business days.
• No Returns: Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective or misprinted.
• Copyright: Please don’t submit copyrighted or trademarked material unless you own the rights.
